Beautifully decorated rooms with comfy bed available.

A nice quiet area, peaceful location just off southampton for a cruise, a slope and Winchester's Park.

Everything was very comfortable, the parking was on-site, the room was great value for money and well-equipped. The restaurant was good sized for dinner here, I had nice dishes. The staff were 

The location was ideal, really close to a nearby music festival, and Winchester Xmas market. The room we booked was cheap and brand-new with the bathroom, double bed, a shower.

The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well priced with a double bed.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Privett. Outstandingly accommodating and really polite staff, really nice stay. Extremely comfy beds, a kettle and an iron in the room. Particularly nice view from our window. Stunning, beautiful location

Full English breakfast, well-kept and nicely decorated room with single beds in both and totally adequate facilities. Nice decoration. Central location, excellent base for discovering Privett.

This was a really good stay for one night stop off. We took a king room and it had tea making facilities, a kettle and coffee. The location was perfectly comfortable and handy, convient to Portsmouth ferries, the view was magnificent, too. 

Stay here and enjoy your Privett christmas. The units are new-fashioned, beautifully maintained with view nice of fields. The restaurant is good sized for dinner.

Ideal facilities and a good hot breakfast with meat. Location - peaceful so close to the resturant.

The rooms were well laid out and great-sized and included a kettle and an iron etc. Got to the bus stop within 5 minutes walk, as it has lovely and beautiful location. The venue was really close to Privett downtown.  

We find it good value in Privett. The property was immaculately clean and staff was hard-working. The location was quiet and reasonable yet it was steps away from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.
